| Brickfields Attributed to: The fifth and last Kapitan Cina of Kuala Lumpur - Yap Kwan Seng Due to the rich clay that is found in the area, a brick kiln (factory with furnace) was built to supply bricks for the growing capital of Kuala Lumpur. The bricks were then laid in the fields under the sun to dry. |
